Dear community,
I would like to implement an NX API, which determines the matrices of both the heat capacity and the thermal conductivity in an FE model. The API should write the matrices into a file, e.g. a text file, for further use in Matlab.
The analyzed part consists of solid materials only; no fluids are involved.
The FE model and the simulation model have been created in NX and the solver "Simcenter Thermal/Flow" is used. Ansys or any other solvers should not be applied.
Does anyone in this forum has an idea how to export the relevant system matrices automatically? Unfortunately, I did not find any help in the NX documentary.
I am using NX 12. Although I am using the NX Open .NET API I would be glad if someone has a code or journal snippet to provide independent of the programming language. I am grateful for any help or advice.
